Orange Air was founded April 1, 2014 and commenced operations June 10, 2014 with 2 MD-80 and they have 3 more on order. Orange Air began operating sports charters and other charters in late 2014. It will begin its first public charter service in May 2015 operating for Branson Air Express on a Cincinnati-Branson-New Orleans-Cancun routing. The airline ceased operations October 5, 2016.
